INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY FEE:

Communication, diagnostic, camera, alarm or security equipment or systems and/or any necessarily incidental device or component used to facilitate a standard investigation or surveillance and not subject to purchase by the client.

Variable Fee for customized Entry, Management and Executive Level screening.

Variable Fee subject to nature and complexity of information sought.

SUBJECT LOCATING:

Variable Fee subject to nature and complexity of information sought.

FORENSIC TESTING:

Variable Fee subject to nature and complexity of scientific tests required.

Telephones: $300.00 minimum ($ 150.00 per line).

RF (Radio Frequency) Devices: $1500.00 minimum (Office/House Sweeps).

VIDEOTAPES/35 mm FILM:

Hi-8 /8 mm to VHS: $30.00; 35 mm film: $50.00/roll; Digital Prints: $2.50 each.

TRAVEL:

Standard hourly fee plus $ 0.43 per kilometre as per CCRA policy.

VEHICLE/DRIVER DATA:

Variable Fee subject to jurisdiction. $50.00 minimum.

INVESTIGATION REPORTS:

Standard hourly fee . Audiotape transcription service also available.

DISBURSEMENTS:

At the client's direction, or where necessarily incidental to the contract.

RETAINER:

Variable . A realistic and reasonable reflection of the expected initial contract cost. A financial retainer and Retainer Agreement are normally required.

DEPOSIT:

50% of the cost of any item(s) to be purchased by or on behalf of the client.

MONEY ORDER, CHEQUE, WIRE TRANSFER, MAJOR CREDIT CARDS

*Legal Aid Matters: Fees are payable in advance and adjusted as per Legal Aid guidelines. Minimum Fee: Hourly rated matters are subject to a four (4) hour minimum charge.

** Consultation Fee Waiver: The fee for the first one (1) hour of any Consultation Service may be waived if a Retainer Agreement is subsequently signed for the same subject matter.

*** Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of two (2) hours per investigator may be charged if less than twelve (12) hours notice is provided by the client prior to a contracted service.

DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR VOLUME OR EXTENDED CONTRACTS

Discounted Units of Investigation and Surveillance time may be negotiated for longer or extended contracts. Excess time will be charged at the discounted hourly rate unless otherwise agreed. Discounted Units of Investigation and Surveillance time need not be continuous. Fees may vary based on demonstrated or extraordinary need or compassionate circumstances.
